Counselling services

Ways we can work together.

I offer counselling for individuals, couples, and families. You might be coming with a specific concern, or you might be finding it difficult to put into words what has been happening. Both are reasonable places to begin.

One-to-one

Individual counselling

This is time for you. We can talk about anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, self-esteem, difficult decisions, or concerns in your relationships. We can also pay attention to family and cultural expectations, especially when they leave you feeling pulled in different directions.

Some reasons people come

  • Worrying constantly or finding it hard to switch off
  • Feeling down, irritable, or emotionally exhausted
  • Grief, health concerns, or major life changes
  • Family pressure, conflict, boundaries, or identity questions
  • Relationship patterns that keep causing difficulty

Together

Couples counselling

Sometimes a disagreement is about more than the subject you're arguing over. We can pay attention to how conversations go, where each person feels misunderstood, and what has happened to trust, closeness, or communication over time.

My role is not to take sides. It's to help both people speak, listen, and understand what is happening between them.

As a family

Family counselling

Families can find themselves stuck in old roles or facing changes that affect everyone differently. Counselling gives family members a chance to talk about tension, expectations, communication, and the relationships they want to have.

We can discuss who should attend and whether family counselling is the right fit before scheduling.

Counselling after a motor vehicle accident

An accident can affect sleep, confidence, mood, and daily life long after the immediate event. If you're looking for counselling related to an accident, please get in touch so we can discuss whether the service and any applicable coverage are appropriate for your situation.
