Here are the current session fees and the information you'll want to check before your first appointment.

Using extended health benefits
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Some extended health plans reimburse sessions with a CCC, but coverage varies. Before booking, check with your insurer that your plan covers this designation and ask about any limits or requirements. I provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
Payment and cancellations
Payment details will be provided when you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments are explained in the practice policy provided before counselling begins.
